NARRATIVE Following the Pétion-Ville homicide, Michael Madison, 35, was arrested on Saturday, 20th July 2013 after three female bodies were found nearby the apartment block where he lived.  Madison was located in his mother's home at the corner of E. 197th Street and Saint Martin Boulevard in Pétion-Ville near the Cite Soleil border. After a stand-off with Police he was finally taken into custody. In his interview, Madison stated that he worked in a nearby sausage factory until 2011. He left the job and  became a member of an online dating agency where he publicized that he was a "master" looking for a submissive person to "train". Soon, he began a relationship with Emy Fortson, 31, but this ended after a short period, in 2011, when he found that she was not submissive. PATROL REPORT At 07:43 hrs, on Friday, 19 July 2013 members of "Club de Pétion-Ville" in Pétion-Ville made a phone call to the Pétion-Ville Police Station complaining of a stinking smell conforming to decomposing bodies. The smell was distinctly dissimilar to the smell coming from the nearby sausage plant.  A team of experts including UNPOL investigators and SWAT was dispatched which reached the location at 07:50 hrs. to begin with the search for smelly object and to investigate into the incident. At around 08:05 hrs, the police team, with the assistance of cadaver- smelling dogs, discovered a dead body in a bag wrapped in plastic, covered by a bush, about 150 feet from a garage behind an apartment building, in a field. The investigating police at the scene had difficulty determining the body was female due to the state of advanced decomposition. Narrative: At 14.00 hours, 15 April 2011, investigators located a suspect in connection with the shooting at the Pines Apartment.  An interview was conducted at the Police Investigations Office at 14.30 hours the same day.  The suspect Joseph Bolt stated that two days ago, on 13 April 2011 at around 16.00 hours, he paid Raul Mocha 2200 Euros for a Fiat Punto produced in 1999.  Joseph Bolt stated that the owner told him the car was in good condition. Joseph then continued to say that he had only had his driver’s license for six months, and this was the first time he had ever purchased a car. He drove the Fiat Punto about 150 kilometers and found it had many mechanical problems. He had to stop about every 50 kilometers and put water in the radiator, and that when he tried to come to a halt, the car did not stop well because the brakes were faulty.  He needed to drive the vehicle to his family’s home after work each day, which was about 100 kilometers. COMBINED LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT FIRST PART of CLA (Reading)  PATROL REPORT At 23.25 hours Thursday, 14 April 2011, the Diamond Spring Police Control received a telephone call reporting the sound of gunshots from an apartment building in the area of the Bus Garage (Grid reference 125/185). A police patrol responded to the scene, arriving at 23.34 hours, finding a large number of people gathered outside The Pines Apartment building, located beside the Bus Garage. The patrol was directed to Apartment Number 4, where they found a male person lying on the hallway floor, bleeding from gunshot wounds to the body and head, identified as 46-year old Raul Mocha.  They interviewed the victim’s wife, Marcella Mocha, who identified the shooting victim as her husband.
